Customer service

If you have questions, comments or problems, call our Customer Service Office, 0800 612 9345, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Calls will be returned during regular office hours Monday through Friday, 10.00am to 5.00pm.

UK & International Shipping

Orders from outside the UK are shipped by Priority Air Mail with 10-14 day service and are subject to extra handling charges and fees. Contact customer Service at 0800 612 9345 for applicable rates. Duties and value-added taxes may be required and are the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to give exact delivery arrival times due to the many variables involved in overseas shipping.

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it and we’ll promptly exchange it or refund your purchase price.

Returns

Returns are simple at Sacred Adornment. Just write us a short note telling us what you’d like us to do (exchange, refund, credit, etc) and be sure to include your invoice number, plus your telephone number and/or email address in case we need to contact you. All returns must be made within 30 days. Returns must be in original packaging. Put a note in with whatever you need to return and send it back to us at:

Order status

We usually ship all orders within 3 to 7 business days and delivery will add another 7-14 days depending on your location. We are always happy to give you an update if you have not received your order within these parameters.
